Did stem cell treatment cure a man of HIV?

 I posted a story yesterday about a Marmoset monkey that was paralyzed after a spinal injury. After undergoing approximately 3 weeks of stem cell treatment Slappy was able to move, jump and climb again...

Now it looks like a type of stem cell treatment may have cured an American (living in Germany) of HIV.
