Lindsey Miller is a 26 year old with a rare type of cancer. Specifically the slow-moving pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer. She explains on her blog that with her condition socializing has been tough, she can't really go out as much as she'd like and hasn't dated in a while. She recently saw the movie 50/50 staring Joseph Gordon-Levitt (yes that kid from 3rd rock) and this has inspired her to ask him out for coffee.
Can we talk about how adorable this girl is? As my source for this post said "Do the right thing Joseph Gordon-Levitt". I really hope this happens.
