How to fake a call, by Samsung

In case you don't have any friends, or don't have any friends you instructed to call you at a certain time beforehand to get you out of a date/meeting/jury duty/parole hearing, just buy a Samsung.

Found in a recent Samsung manual (can't confirm model or even if its true, but its looking that way) is the picture below.

Can anybody with a Samsung (android or otherwise) confirm or deny that this works?
