Update to VA DMV custom Pl8s

So the VA DMV made a motorist give up his "EAT THE" (kids first) license plate due to what we'll call indecency claims about the meaning of it... Turns out he's not the only humorous VA motorist out there. See below.

I guess slapping them is OK with the Commonwealth of Virginia, but eating them isn't? You'd think common sense would just take them for how ridiculous they both are but-
