Well I guess the plan wasn't very well thought out. Its looking more and more like she fell into the fountain on purpose with the intent to sue. In addition, she's probably looking at an arrest (if it hasn't happened already by the time this posts) for past crimes including but not limited to credit card fraud and petty theft.
This woman is trash. Mentioning over and over that you were texting a friend from church and that you're a born again Christian, is that justification? or irony?

Turns out the "girl" is a 49 year old sue-happy whiner. She's trying to sue mall security because they laughed at her and didn't come to help her right away. You have to be kidding me. You're expecting mall security to go above the call of duty? Unless <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0113749/">Jay and Silent Bob</a> are assaulting the Easter Bunny I think you need to have realistic expectations from them.
YOU fell into the fountain, YOU were fine, YOU were only embarrassed and now YOU want some cash from it...I guess @ 1:05 when they say "she sees a little bit of the humor in it" you kind of lose all your credibility. Its funny as hell because its funny as hell. You can't expect somebody to not laugh at something like that, regardless if they should've checked on you or not. Cathy Cruz Marrero, get off your entitled pedestal, enjoy your 15 minutes and move on.
